Our rich, complex Imperial Stout was brewed and transferred into freshly-emptied Woodford Reserve® bourbon barrels. With the passage of time, the oak, vanilla and spice flavors imparted by the barrels harmonized with the dark chocolate notes of the stout. At the peak of maturation, we steeped the brew with toasted hazelnuts, resulting in this glorious liquid only time and great ingredients could produce.
